Quick Hack Low Roll Initiative (AD&D and OSRIC)

If you change the initiative system so that the low roll goes first, then each side goes uses their own roll to determine which segment they go on rather than the opposing side’s roll. This makes resolving initiative a little faster and it puts the party’s fate more directly in their own hands.
