Five Alchemical Items

Bottled Lightning: A clear liquid filled with flecks of gold. Violently shaking the vial then breaking it creates a burst of electricity that deals 1d6 damage. Cost: 1 gp.

Blush of Health: For an hour after drinking this tonic, the imbiber will show no signs of illness or fatigue. Cost: 15 gp.

Phantom Rations: A sniff of this strong smelling brown powder wards off hunger pangs, but does nothing to fill the belly. Eating the powder leads to fever and nausea. Cost: 1 gp (good for 1 month).

Time’s Arrow: A murky liquid that erases the last 15 minutes of a person’s memory upon drinking. Adding a small portion of time’s arrow to a person’s wine everyday will weaken that person’s memory—giving the appearance of senility. Cost: 10 gp.

Wood Warp: This blue paste causes wood to slowly swell and deform over the course of 10 minutes. The paste is often used to break open wooden doors and chests. Cost: 1 gp.
